Contact form: we use your name, email address, phone number and message only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete them after 12 months unless a booking follows.

Bookings and payments: bookings are processed by our booking system Guesty, payments by Stripe; their privacy terms apply to these steps. Booking data is kept as long as tax law requires (7 years in the Netherlands).

Website hosting: Guesty Websites (Duda). Server logs (IP address, time, page) are used for security and deleted after 30 days.

Cookies: we only use technically necessary cookies. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent (currently none).

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
