Villa Aix is a lovingly renovated historic villa at Nieuwstraat 93 in Kerkrade. The street itself is the Dutch-German border. The house is home to three apartments, plus a mini apartment with a loft bed in the garden annex.

Aachen city centre with its cathedral and market square, the university hospital and the RWTH campus are about 10 minutes away by car. Maastricht and Liege are about 30 minutes. A Lidl and a MediaMarkt are within walking distance, and there is free parking on the property.
